Our Single Will

Often referred to as a Last Will and Testament, this document is a formal statement of your wishes for what you want to happen with your property and possessions after you die.  In order to avoid any complications or disputes between relatives or friends it is a good idea to have a Will so that your final intentions and wishes can be carried out as you intended.

If you fail to write a Will your assets may not be distributed as you wish. Also, some of your assets may go to the State if there is no way of telling what your wishes were and disputes may arise between members of your family over your intentions.

Most individuals  leave their property to a spouse, offspring, or charity. However, you can elect whoever you wish to receive your estate. The document template offered here is an easy way to state your wishes. You will just need to fill out the blank sections with your personal requirements and details. You can change the wording if needed, but once signed it is a legally binding document and only creating a new Will or adding a Codicil will change the validity of what has been written in the Single Will.
