Trademark Assignment Agreement
When transferring a registered trademark it is necessary to enter into a written agreement to document the transfer. When you then apply to the Intellectual Property Office (“IPO”) to register the change in ownership you will need to enclose a copy of the signed trademark assignment as evidence of the transfer.
