Tenancy at Will Agreement

Our Tenancy at Will Agreement is ideal for letting UK property for a short period of time or where the parties agree that the tenancy can be created on giving the other party a short period of notice. The agreement template is far simpler and shorter than a longer form lease agreement. The Tenancy at Will does not contain the detailed clauses that you would expect to find in a longer term lease of property. You can view a preview using the preview button above. By granting a tenancy at will the tenant will not get any form of long term security of tenure as the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 do not apply to a tenancy at will. The landlord can terminate the tenancy on giving the tenant the amount of notice agreed o in the tenancy at will agreement.
