Tenancy at Will Agreement

Our Tenancy at Will Agreement is ideal for letting UK property for a short period of time or where the parties agree that the tenancy can be ended by giving the other party a short period of notice. The agreement template is far simpler and shorter than a longer form Lease Agreement. The Tenancy at Will does not contain the detailed clauses that you would expect to find in a longer term lease of commercial property. By granting a Tenancy at Will, the tenant will not receive any form of long term security of tenure as the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 do not apply to a Tenancy at Will. The landlord can therefore terminate the tenancy on giving the tenant the amount of notice agreed to in the Tenancy at Will Agreement.
