Intellectual Property Licensing - Our IP License Agreement

When licensing intellectual property it is necessary to put in place a written document which sets out the terms of the licence. A licence of intellectual property rights is granted by the owner of the Intellectual Property (the "Licensor") who grants the party receiving the licence (the “Licensee”) rights to use the intellectual property. The extent to which the Licensee can use the intellectual property will be set out in the Intellectual Propert Licence. A licence agreement records the terms that have been agreed between the Licensor and the Licensee for the use of the intellectual property.

This Intellectual Property Licence can be used to licence any type of intellectual property.
