A business must have a safe workplace, particularly where the business has empoyees as an employer must provide a safe and healthy environment for all employees. You can expect to be audited at least once a year. The business owner or safety manager should conduct annual risk assessments to ensure that health and safety measures continue to be adequate and appropriate.
