Email Disclaimer Template

An Email Disclaimer is a short paragraph of text added to the footer of a business' emails that refers the reader of the emails to important legal information. Although generally used by businesses to protect them against liability for issues such as breach of confidentiality, transmission of viruses and comments made by employees in emails, the Email Disclaimer can also be used by individuals on their personal messages.
