The first agreement that you may require is to document a formal separation. The Separation Agreement sets in writing any financial decisions agreed upon. So there are clauses allowing you to provide for a lump sum or periodical payments to be made to one party from the other and setting out child support arrangements for the duration of the separation.

The divorce documents that are available meet the requirements for a divorce in England or Wales. It is necessary to state the ground(s) relied on for the divorce which commonly include adultery, irrational behaviour, abandonment, at least two years separation with both parties agreeing to the divorce or five years of separation.

For a divorce to be vaild in England and Wales one of the parties must reside in these countries. When the parties have agreed on the necessary financial, property and/or childcare arrangements, they can then proceed to completeand submit the necessary documents and forms.
