A Guide to Our Debt Settlement Letter

It offers a proposed settlement with the debtor inviting them to enter into negotiations with you to settle the debt.
Paragraphs in this Debt Settlement Letter
You can change the wording of the letter and the offer in it depending on your requirements. For example, you can offer the debtor the chance to make part payment only or to pay by instalments. You should insert details of the exact amount(s) to be paid and the date(s) for payment.
