Professionally drafted consumer documents can be more effective in dealing with disputes than a personal letter or telephone call.

We will soon be lauching a variety of consumer documents to suit your needs when dealing with day to day occurences, from hiring a house keeper to sending a letter of complaint to your local council. We will provide a number of template documents and letters that can be fully customised.  You may not be happy with an agreement offered by a tradesman or au pair for example, and would prefer, with their permission, to use a consumer document to adapt or replace the clauses of their agreement. This section of the website will help you to choose the best agreement for you.

We will also provide template grievance letters that are aimed at settling any problems that arise from poor quality service and goods that are defective.

Other document templates we are currently creating include letters demanding payment for goods or services, giving the debtor a certain number of days to pay before issuing a claim in court.

As well as the documents provided in this section we offer a number of legal guides providing up to date infornmation on topics of interest to consumers in our Personal Law Guides and Articles sections.
